After you Aggregate Student Data on the Monitoring Chart, then Disaggregate Student Data as done on PASS:

1. Itemize Responses to Test
2. Color-Code by Objective
3. Highlight Based on Common Assessment Item
4. Use TMDS and Riverside to Customize Forms B & C for Interventions
5. Use PASS and ongoing, updated "real time" data about each student
6. Apply & re-apply instructional strategies as needed and appropriate.
